Additionally, while many drugstore & coupon bargain shoppers often scuff at the abundance of free toothpaste and wonder how anyone could not have enough, I've recently discovered that there truly seems to be a shortage among nonprofit human service agencies. I visited several agencies and all indicated that they needed toothpaste the most. I was dumbfounded.
